The embroidery process begins by giving our clients a free quote concerning their design ideas and garment choices. We acquire information concerning the color of the shirt, the size breakdown/quantity of shirts, and the required artwork necessary for the shirts, caps, jackets or anything else. In addition, we look at the location in which the artwork will be embroidered. We also set a time frame with the customer concerning when the artwork will be ready for approval or when the final shirts or caps will be ready for pick up.

During the next step of the embroidery process, our designers create on the computer the design choice of the client. Once the design is finalized, we digitize it. This means that the artwork is broken down by colors and turned into individual stitch counts that our computerized machines can understand. The digitization allows for a starting and ending point for the needle within the design. Digitization prices vary depending upon the size of the artwork and the number of stitches (amount of detail) required. Digitization of artwork only has to be done once. If you choose to re-order the same design at a later date, digitization fees are not applicable.

During the embroidery stage, our machines go to work. A shirt or cap is locked into a hoop to the fabric which is to be embroidered. These hoops are then placed onto the embroidery machine which is sent to the digitized image from our computers.

As you can see, this service is just like printing on paper, or T-Shirts but with threads. We love art!
